Coordinated stakeholders on heightened due diligence for the restart of IKEA suppliers in Ukraine. Managed document tracking, transforming an initially manual exchange into a fully automated workflow. Facilitated remote audits in Ukraine, providing live translation (Ukrainian <—> Polish/English), verifying documents, and conducting confidential employee interviews. Supported on-site audits at EU suppliers, assisting with document checks, site tours, and interviews.

Proactively analyzed business workflows to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities, using Lean methodology, among others. Designed, developed, and deployed custom prompts, Copilot agents, standalone tools, and Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) solutions from scratch to optimize both team and global operations. These automation projects are saving 554 working hours annually, generating a recurring annual value of > €16,000. Led AI awareness campaigns, successfully driving adoption from near-zero familiarity to a majority of employees using AI tools daily by organizing workshops and cross-regional hackathons. Selected as one of a few dozen AI pioneers across the Inter IKEA Group to receive a premium Copilot subscription for project development, and served as a member of the IKEA AI Ambassadors initiative.

Fully organised and managed volunteering and community engagement events for the Warsaw office. Coordinated donation collections and volunteer activities, including forest cleanups, animal shelter maintenance, autism support center renovations, etc. Handled all logistics, from recruiting volunteers and arranging transport to coordinating food and working with local NGOs.
